Lexica Word Judge for Scrabble is a word judge or adjudicator for Scrabble tournament play. Lexica Word Judge supports eight Scrabble word lists: there are three word lists for Scrabble tournament play around the world: SOWPODS (267,751 words) and its two revisions, CSW12 (270,163 words) and CSW15 (276,663 words); three word lists for Scrabble tournament play in the United States, Canada, Israel and Thailand: OTCWL2006, also called OWL2 (178,691 words), OTCWL2016, also called OWL3 (188,738 words) and OTCWL2018, also called OWL4 (192,111 words); and two Scrabble word lists for students, SSWL2016 (188,273 words) and SSWL2018 (191,520 words).

Use Lexica Word Judge with confidence to determine whether you or your opponent are using sanctioned words for your tournament or informal play. If the word you enter is valid for the selected word list, the word list will scroll to the word and highlight it. If not, you are informed that it is not a valid word.

By default, Lexica Word Judge shows the score of each word using standard Scrabble scoring, but this can be disabled in Options. If you want to see the definition for a word, tap the word and an online dictionary provides the definition (if available). Please note that the dictionary provider may show ads, but we derive no benefit therefrom. You can disable showing dictionary definitions in Options.
